Replenishment Alerts
InvenPro automatically identifies which products need to be reordered and calculates the recommended order quantity.
How Replenishment Works
InvenPro checks every product against three criteria:
- Current stock vs. reorder point
- Average daily demand (from sales history)
- Lead time from your vendor (set in Vendor profile)
Replenishment Recommendations
Go to AI Intelligence → Replenishment to see a list of products that need restocking. Each entry shows:
- Current stock and reorder point
- Recommended order quantity (EOQ formula)
- Suggested vendor (based on your PO history)
Stockout Risk Score
The Stockout Risk tab shows a 0–100 risk score for each product. Scores above 70 = high risk. Claude AI explains the key driver for each high-risk product.
Setting Up Alerts
Go to Settings → Notifications to enable email or in-app alerts when products hit their reorder point.
