Connecting InvenPro to Your Shopify Store

Shopify Integration

InvenPro syncs with Shopify to keep your online store inventory in sync with your warehouse in real time.

What Syncs

• Inventory levels — InvenPro ↔ Shopify, bidirectional
• Products — new Shopify products imported to InvenPro
• Orders — Shopify sales create stock-out movements in InvenPro

Connecting Shopify (Phase 2 — Coming Soon)

1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Shopify
2. Click Connect Shopify Store
3. You will be redirected to Shopify to authorize the connection
4. Select which locations to sync
5. Click Enable Sync

Sync Frequency

Inventory levels sync every 15 minutes. Orders sync in near real-time via Shopify webhooks.

Troubleshooting

If sync stops, go to Settings → Integrations and click Reconnect. Contact support if the issue persists.
