Setting Up Your First Warehouse

Creating a Warehouse in InvenPro

InvenPro supports unlimited warehouses. Each warehouse can have its own bin locations for precise stock tracking.

Step 1 — Add a Warehouse

1. Go to Warehouse → Warehouses in the sidebar
2. Click + New Warehouse
3. Enter: Name, Code (e.g. WH-YGN), Address, and default currency
4. Click Save

Step 2 — Add Bin Locations (optional)

1. Open the warehouse → click Bin Locations
2. Add bins: e.g. A1-01, A1-02, B2-01
3. Assign bins to products when doing stock-in

Step 3 — Set as Default

Go to System → Settings → Default Warehouse and select your main warehouse. New stock movements will default to this location.

Multi-Warehouse Stock Transfer

Use Warehouse → Stock Transfer to move items between warehouses. Both locations update in real time.
