Shopify Stock Sync
Connect your Shopify store to InvenPro to keep product inventory in sync. When stock changes in InvenPro, Shopify is updated automatically.
How the Sync Works
- InvenPro is the master for stock quantities
- When a sale happens in Shopify, InvenPro deducts stock automatically
- When you receive goods in InvenPro, Shopify stock is updated
- Products and pricing are managed in Shopify — InvenPro only manages stock levels
Setting Up the Integration
- Go to Integrations → Shopify
- Click Connect Shopify Store
- Enter your Shopify store URL (e.g. mystore.myshopify.com)
- Click Install App — you will be redirected to Shopify to authorize
- Map your Shopify locations to InvenPro warehouses
- Click Enable Sync
SKU Matching
InvenPro matches products by SKU. Make sure your SKUs in InvenPro exactly match the SKUs in Shopify. Products without a matching SKU will not sync.
Sync Frequency
Stock levels sync within 2 minutes of a change in either system. You can also trigger a manual sync from Integrations → Shopify → Sync Now.
