Connecting Multiple Companies in One Account

Multi-Company Management

InvenPro supports running multiple companies under one login. Each company has completely separate data — products, stock, vendors, reports — with no crossover.

Use Cases

  • You own multiple businesses and want one platform
  • You manage inventory for clients (3PL / outsourced service)
  • You have separate legal entities (e.g. trading company + manufacturing company)

Adding a New Company

  1. Click your company name at the top-left of the sidebar
  2. Click + Add Company
  3. Enter company name, currency, and timezone
  4. Click Create

Switching Between Companies

Use the company switcher at the top of the sidebar to switch. All data (products, stock, POs, reports) shown will be for the selected company only.

User Access Per Company

Users must be invited separately per company. A user can be an Admin in Company A and a Viewer in Company B — roles are independent per company.
