Vendor Management

Vendors are the suppliers you purchase inventory from. Keeping vendor data accurate improves AI-driven replenishment recommendations.

Adding a Vendor

  1. Go to Purchasing → Vendors
  2. Click + Add Vendor
  3. Fill in:
    • Company name and contact person
    • Phone, email, address
    • Payment terms (e.g. 30 days)
    • Lead time in days (important for AI forecasting)
  4. Click Save Vendor

Vendor Score

InvenPro's AI Vendor Score rates each vendor 0–100 based on:

  • On-time delivery rate
  • Fill rate (did they deliver full quantity?)
  • Price consistency

Find vendor scores under AI Intelligence → Vendor Score.

Purchase History

Click any vendor to see all POs placed with them, total spend, and average lead time.
