Billing & Subscription
InvenPro bills monthly. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
Viewing Your Current Plan
Go to Settings → Billing to see your current plan, next billing date, and payment method.
Updating Payment Method
- Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Method
- Click Update Card
- Enter your new card details
- Click Save
Downloading Invoices
All past invoices are available under Settings → Billing → Invoice History. Click any invoice to download as PDF.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period, then downgrade to the Free plan. To cancel, go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan or contact support@invenpro.net.
Refund Policy
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first charge if you are not satisfied. Contact support to request a refund.
