Syncing Products from Zoho Inventory to InvenPro

Zoho Inventory Sync

If you already use Zoho Inventory, you can import your products, vendors, and open purchase orders into InvenPro in one click.

What Gets Imported

• ✅ Products (name, SKU, unit, selling price, cost)
• ✅ Vendors (name, contact, payment terms)
• ✅ Customers
• ✅ Open Purchase Orders
• ✅ Item Groups / Variants
• ❌ Historical transactions (not imported — InvenPro starts fresh from import date)

How to Connect

1. Go to Integrations → Zoho
2. Click Connect Zoho Account
3. Log in with your Zoho credentials and authorize InvenPro
4. Select your Zoho Organization
5. Click Start Import

Ongoing Sync

After the initial import, you can enable Auto-Sync to keep products and vendors updated automatically every 24 hours. Stock quantities are managed in InvenPro — not pulled from Zoho after initial import.

Troubleshooting

• Duplicate SKUs — InvenPro skips items that already exist with the same SKU. Resolve by archiving duplicates in Zoho first.
• Auth error — reconnect the integration from Integrations → Zoho → Reconnect
