How to Add and Edit Products in InvenPro

Product Management

Every item you sell or stock is a "Product" in InvenPro. Here's how to manage them.

Adding a New Product

  1. Navigate to Inventory → Products
  2. Click + Add Product
  3. Fill in the required fields:
    • Product Name — e.g. "Timing Belt Toyota Hilux"
    • SKU — unique identifier (e.g. TB-TY-001)
    • Category — for filtering and reports
    • Current Stock — how many units you have now
    • Reorder Point — minimum before alert triggers
    • Cost Price and Selling Price
  4. Click Save Product

Editing a Product

Click any product name to open the edit view. All fields can be updated. Stock quantity changes are logged automatically.

Bulk Import via CSV

Go to Inventory → Import and upload a CSV file. Download the template first to ensure correct column format.
